2. Description of Service

AirfareWatchdog Hotels is an online travel platform that allows users to search, compare, and book hotel accommodations worldwide. We act as an intermediary between travellers and accommodation providers. Final booking terms are governed by the individual property's policies.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@airfarewatchdog.com.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the property. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking. AirfareWatchdog Hotels is not responsible for additional charges imposed by the property (e.g. resort fees, city taxes).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by property and rate type. The applicable cancellation policy is displayed at the time of booking. Free cancellation rates allow cancellation without charge up to the stated deadline. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified after booking. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Post reviews or content that you did not personally experience

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including logos, text, images, and software — is owned by AirfareWatchdog or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirfareWatchdog Hotels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
